Online CVS Schedule - use this link to visit the CVS schedule to see the list of all scheduled videoconferences. The CVS Schedule is updated every day, and includes all videoconferences that were confirmed by noon the previous day.

This form is used to reserve conference rooms and network bandwidth for a video conference. You are responsible for checking with the room coordinator at the appropriate site to confirm the availability of a room. After you submit the form your request will be reviewed and a confirmation or a request for more information will be sent. Please be patient; it may take up to 2 hours for a response.
Setup times: If you anticipate the need for additional time outside the video usage guidelines, fill in the "Additional Setup Time" box. Otherwise, the system will automatically determine the appropriate setup time for your conference.
All times will be rounded to the nearest 5 minute increment, including start and duration. The system will also require a minimum of 5 minutes of idle time between conferences for any given room.
