This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits responses from qualified Vendors for equipment and software to implement a CENIC IP Centrex Service (CSIP) infrastructure. Sealed, written responses must be received by CENIC by the above mentioned date and time.

Submission via email of an electronic copy of the proposal may be sent to: bjensen@cenic.org and must be received by the due date. In addition, the electronic submission must be followed by receipt of the sealed, written response at CENIC no later than 5:00pm PDT on Monday, March 21, 2011. All documents in the electronic copy must be in Adobe PDF or HTML format.

A Bidder's Conference will be held on March 4 at 2:00pm PDT via telephone conference call to provide project background and an opportunity for discussion for interested Vendors. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, but is advisable. Vendors intending to participate in the Bidders. conference should notify CENIC via email to bjensen@cenic.org.
